Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and AI MARAYA and govern your use of aimaraya.live, the web studio, Telegram bots, APIs, generation tools, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use AI MARAYA for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep login credentials and access keys confidential, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, automate, or circumvent account access except through features we expressly provide.

3. The service

AI MARAYA provides tools that generate or transform images, videos, audio, 3D assets, and related content using third-party and proprietary systems. Features, models, processing times, availability, and outputs may change. Generation may fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected or inaccurate results, and no particular output is guaranteed.

The service is not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You must review outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploads, and outputs. You grant AI MARAYA and its service providers a limited worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve the service or comply with law.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, including a person's image, voice, likeness, trademarks, and copyrighted works. You are responsible for your use and distribution of outputs. AI systems may create similar outputs for different users, and we do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited sexual content

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not request, upload, generate, edit, possess through the service, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, fetish, sexually suggestive, or sexually explicit content. Sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

You also may not use AI MARAYA for unlawful activity, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, exploitation, abuse, hateful or violent wrongdoing, fraud, infringement, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass safety controls. We may automatically moderate prompts and block a generation before it starts.

6. Access packages, limits, and payment

Prices, duration, generation limits, supported models, and other package details are displayed before purchase or redemption. Packages are one-time purchases unless you explicitly select the optional auto-renew checkbox at checkout. A one-time package does not renew automatically. An auto-renewing package is charged again at the end of each displayed package period until cancelled, and each successful renewal starts a fresh package-wide video quota. You can cancel future renewals from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Time-limited access begins when payment or redemption is confirmed and expires at the stated time. Video allowance is shared across the website and Telegram bot for the full package period and does not reset daily. Unused allowance does not roll over into a renewed package.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card details. Taxes, currency conversion, and provider fees may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed digital-access purchases are non-refundable after access has been activated or used. 7. Our intellectual property

AI MARAYA and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related rights. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during valid access. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, interfere with, or derive competing services from AI MARAYA except where law does not permit that restriction.

8. Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may inspect or automatically analyze prompts and related material for safety, and may block, remove, preserve, or report content. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access immediately for policy violations, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, legal requirements, excessive automated use, or conduct that risks users, providers, or AI MARAYA. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party model, hosting, messaging, content-delivery, moderation, and payment providers. Their services and separate terms may apply. AI MARAYA is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, content, or acts outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI MARAYA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI MARAYA and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AI MARAYA for the affected service during the three months before the event or US$50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify AI MARAYA and its providers against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of another person's rights.

13. Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date here. If a material change applies to existing users, we may also provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Applicable law and courts are determined by the mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you and the AI MARAYA operator. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact hello@aimaraya.live so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. General and contact

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of operating or transferring the service.
