1. Using Maraya
Maraya provides tools to generate images and video from text and image prompts, accessible via the web studio, API, and the Maraya Telegram bot. You must be 13 or older to create an account and use the service.
2. Your content
You own the prompts you write and, subject to your plan's usage rights, the outputs you generate. You're responsible for what you generate and for having the rights to any reference images you upload.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Maraya to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or depicts real people without consent in misleading ways. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Credits and billing
Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Service changes
Models, features, and pricing may change as we improve Maraya. We'll do our best to give notice of changes that materially affect your plan.
6. Termination
You may stop using Maraya and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
