Acceptable Use Policy

AI MARAYA is for lawful, consensual, and safe creative work. The following rules apply regardless of the model or interface used.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every AI MARAYA prompt, upload, reference, generation, edit, API request, Telegram-bot request, and use or sharing of an output. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. NSFW, adult, and sexual content
Do not request, upload, generate, edit, or distribute through AI MARAYA any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, fetish, sexually suggestive, sexually explicit, or sexual-services content. Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or intimate imagery involving or appearing to involve a person under 18 is strictly prohibited, even if fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated.
3. Consent, identity, and privacy
Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, impersonations, biometric abuse, doxxing, stalking, or content that uses a real person's image, voice, or likeness without the rights and consent required by law. Clearly disclose synthetic media where omission would mislead people.
4. Abuse and dangerous content
Do not generate content that facilitates child exploitation, human trafficking, self-harm, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, credible threats, hateful abuse, weapons construction, illegal drugs, or instructions intended to cause physical or serious psychological harm.
5. Fraud and unlawful activity
Do not use the service for scams, phishing, identity theft, forged documents, payment fraud, deceptive advertising, election interference, malware, credential theft, evasion of law enforcement, or any illegal goods, services, or conduct.
6. Rights and integrity
Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, contractual, privacy, or other rights; bypass access controls; scrape or overload the service; resell unauthorized access; manipulate quotas; probe security; or interfere with other users or providers.
7. Safety controls and moderation
Every prompt-based image and video request is subject to automated content moderation, including Creem's Content Moderation API. A request assessed as flagged or denied is blocked. If moderation is unavailable or cannot return a valid allow decision, generation is paused rather than sent to a model. Do not disguise prompts, use coded language, split requests, or otherwise attempt to bypass moderation.
8. Enforcement and reporting
We may block generations, remove content, restrict models, suspend or terminate accounts and keys, preserve evidence, and report suspected illegal activity. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in permanent termination without refund where permitted by law.
