1. Who we are and scope

AI MARAYA provides AI-powered image, video, audio, 3D, reference, web-studio, and Telegram-bot services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit aimaraya.live, create an account, purchase access, contact support, or use our services.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact data: your email address, display name, encrypted password credentials, account identifiers, verification status, and support communications. If you use our Telegram bot, we may process your Telegram user ID, username, chat ID, and messages sent to the bot.

Content and generation data: prompts, negative prompts, settings, reference files, uploaded images or videos, generated outputs, model selections, job status, and moderation results. Do not submit confidential information or personal data you are not authorized to use.

Transaction data: access package, amount, currency, payment status, transaction identifier, and limited billing details supplied by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages and features used, generation counts, logs, cookies or local-storage identifiers, and security or fraud signals.

3. How we use information

We use data to create and secure accounts; provide, queue, deliver, and troubleshoot generations; link web and Telegram usage; enforce access periods and daily limits; process payments; respond to support; prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited content; maintain service reliability; comply with law; and improve our products.

Where applicable, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI processing and content moderation

Prompts, uploads, settings, and related identifiers may be sent to AI model and infrastructure providers solely to process your requested job. Before an image or video generation is accepted, prompt text may be sent to Creem's Content Moderation API and other safety systems to detect prohibited content. Moderation decisions and safety-related records may be retained to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

Automated moderation can make mistakes. You may ask us to review a moderation outcome by emailing hello@aimaraya.live, but we may keep content blocked while a review is pending.

5. When we share information

We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, content delivery, tunneling, analytics, email, Telegram messaging, payment processing, fraud prevention, content moderation, and AI generation. These may include Alibaba Cloud, Cloudflare, Vercel, Telegram, Stripe, Creem, and the model provider selected for a generation.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal data for money.

6. International processing

Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections may differ by location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, session security, preferences, and service operation. We may also use limited analytics to understand performance and usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or generation features from working.

8. Retention

We retain account information while your account exists and as reasonably necessary afterward for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and financial records. Prompts, uploads, outputs, job logs, and moderation records are kept only as long as needed to provide and protect the service, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, credential hashing, monitoring, and restricted administrative access. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly at hello@aimaraya.live if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Email hello@aimaraya.live with your request. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law or legitimate security needs require it.

11. Children

AI MARAYA is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data, and we will investigate and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will publish the revised version here and update the date below. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
